Barry B. Scherr

Barry Scherr has 22 years of commercial real estate investment experience. As president of Sundar Corporation, Mr. Scherr has been responsible for developing a fast-track approach to sale-leaseback transactions. By specializing in sale-leaseback, he has developed the expertise in the legal process to minimize both costs and input of time by key executives of the involved parties. Mr. Scherr also specializes in complex multi-property transactions and in special situations such as companies in transition. Under his leadership, Sundar has acquired a reputation for maintaining long term relationships with companies, and creating for them a sale-leaseback program as an integral part of their strategy for growth financing.
